Ideas Forward launched NextStage.gr to bring a new concept for startup acceleration and open innovation to the Greek ecosystem.
The program ran for the first time in 2021 with 27 startups trained and 15 finalists competing for €20,000 cash prizes plus €20,000 in-kind awards.
In 2023 the program focuses on early-stage startups and research teams working on ambitious solutions to global challenges of sustainable development.
The program will provide:
- Training: methodology to identify and manage the key risks in a business model
- Practical tools: to map the competitive landscape, analyze the market, evaluate the financial opportunity
- One-on-one coaching: adapted to each team’s stage of development
- Networking: with enterprises looking for solutions to sustainability challenges, and investors
- Awards & prizes: €20.000 in cash prizes plus in-kind services
