Federize.com is an internal venture project of Ideas Forward, creating a new fleet management software and collaboration tool for car rental professionals. Unlike other fleet management solutions on the market, Federize places emphasis on making it easy for networks of car rental professionals to communicate and exchange information.
The system allows managing vehicles (vehicle information, fleet management, reservation management), managing requests (requests for rent, purchase, sale of vehicles between professionals), managing a network of partners and also offers an easy overview of aggregate stats, monitoring information and important updates.
Car rental professionals can easily and quickly search for the car they are interested in (subrental / purchase / sale requests) by exchanging requests and offers with their network. They can manage and expand their affiliate network and make the most of their fleet by finding new partners, increasing revenue and reducing capital and management costs. A control panel helps them in their daily work with an overview of daily tasks and obligations, vehicle calendars and sales statistics.
